What exactly does a nutritional therapy practitioner do? I feel lethargic these days, and my brother texted me to see a nutritional therapy practitioner. I would like to know more about what they do and if I should see an NTP.

Nutritional therapy practitioners help their clients with their well-being, including assisting with their dietary needs, lifestyle, and nutritional changes, identifying body imbalances, and removing mineral deficiencies. They also help you with customized diet plans to ensure you cover all your imbalances and nutritional in the future. If you feel lethargic, that might be because of some health issue. In that case, you should see a healthcare professional first. If your fatigue is unrelated to some medical condition, it would be a wise idea to see an NTP. They will evaluate your lifestyle and eating patterns and provide a customized diet plan to fulfill your mineral needs.
