Ocean Gardens is a not-for-profit independent living, community-owned village governed by a board of independent directors.

We are situated in 6.5 beautiful hectares in City Beach, providing first-class facilities within a private coastal setting.

Our community has grown from the mid-1980s to include 163 villas and 71 apartments, with eleven located in the modern Palm Gardens building. Over the last decade, we have refurbished the swimming pool, gymnasium, coffee lounge, café, apartment common areas, library, function room, immaculate gardens and fibre optic cabling.

We have created our villas and apartments with contemporary interior design and stylish refurbishments designed with your needs in mind. It comes with a panoramic 180-degree view of the Indian Ocean, Perth and the Darling Ranges.

At Ocean Gardens, our location is symbolic of our purpose to change the way you look at your future.
